Usergroup Changes on PN

I have made some changes to the backend Usergroups that we use on this site. The reasons are below.

• This allows new registrations to be processed automatically instead of requiring manual intervention by me. This means new users no longer have to wait for me to manually approve their account before they can create posts.
• All users with zero posts are all now members of the Registered Users group, which requires manual moderation by me for all posts. This prevents SPAM.
• Once the user has proven to me that they are a valuable member of the site, I will manually move them to Confirmed Users group, which is not restricted by manual moderation of their posts.

If anyone notices any issues related to these changes, please let me know.

I shredded my shoulder on Memorial Day weekend (my good shoulder), wakeboard, landed in the flats upside down and backwards. I am the designated boat driver for a few weeks. Early Season blues here, a little sympathy would be nice...
