classifieds and password

Hello

I'm a newbie here so maybe I just don't get it but why are the classifieds part of the forum and not a seperate section with seach functions.... etc? I did a seach and found another person had started a topic about how it is hard to shop as it is! While I'm griping I didn't see anyway to change the password in the FAQ's??
Sorry my first post is so negative, hope you don't delete me! Looking forward to getting to know people on here! :grin:

To change your password, just click on My Account on the left side of the site. Once you're in there, click on Edit Your Information, and scroll down to the bottom of the page. You can change your password there.

As far as searching just the classifieds, if you go into the search function, you can choose specific forums to search. Just choose the forum that you're interested in, and you can just search that forum.

Thanks for the info on the password. Not sure how I miissed that!! My bad!!

As for the classifieds I still think it's not the best format. I realize you can search forums individually. It is a lot longer searching when you have to open each post from every seller instead of having a summary of smaller photos of one model boat for example on the same page. So basically this forum is titled suggestions: so I'm suggesting the format of the classifieds be changed. Just my two cents....
