Could you please see if there is some configuration setting for PNPHPBB that could correct the misformatted notify messages? I get messages from about 10 different forums I post on, and this is the only one that does it. A while ago (maybe a year back) it worked correctly for a couple weeks, then went back to not working again.
Here is how I see them:
Note the = signs at the end of the sentence. Also note that the ampersands are encoded as =3D.
Probably only an issue with a couple mail clients (obviously not Outlook, otherwise you'd hear about this from many other people). My mail client of choice happens to be Eudora.
