    Where do you get LED's?

Have seen a few boats on here with LED's around speakers and around people's boat's. I have a 06 220, and thinking about putting some in mine, but for the life of me can't find anyone on here or by doing a google search that explains how to get the lights and set them up. Any help?

RE: Where do you get LED

I have bought from Super Bright.com
Lots of ways to do it depending on where...you can simply replace your current bulbs w/ colored led.
You can use the existing wires on courtesy light switch and add more as they pull very little juice.

Thanks, so I take it you cut out rings from perspex, then a grove and put LED strips in the perspex. What equipment did you find best to machine out the ring (hoops)?

Those hoops are CNCd aquarium acrylic. I make lots of things, but I could not reproduce those hoops with the same consistent size and finish.

Thanks, think acrylic and perspex is one and the same:

                "What is Perspex?
Perspex is a tradename of Lucite International and is polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) acrylic sheet which is manufactured from methyl methacrylate monomer (MMA)."

Mike, did those have any impact on the acoustic qualities of the speakers?

Thinking about adding some under the swimdeck, but those of you who have done that, where did you run the wiring? How did you conceal it?
