    Directing sound to tower speakers

I just bought a 2005 SV-211 with the stock Clarion / Polk upgrade stereo package. I've noticed that sound is barely audible from the tower speakers. I played with the balance and fader, but this only impacts the speakers in the deck / bow. I understand that stereo set ups can vary greatly, but could someone provide me some guidance on what else I can do to output more sound to the tower speakers? Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

If you have an amp dedicated to the tower speakers check the gain levels. You can then use one of these to control the volume control independently from the cabin speakers.

    Or one of these.

Run first RCA from head unit to volume control, then second RCA from volume control to amp.
