The strereo works, the remote works, but the face plate does not. the volume, trebble, base, and fade buttons work, but all the other buttons do not and the display does not work. I tried the reset button, but no dice. Clairion says tough beans bc the unit is 14 months old. Anybody else deal with this and have any suggestions? Thanks

Check to see if the face is tweaked due to the radio pulling up or down on it.
For $178 it's not worth losing sleep over:

Replace it with something not Clarion. That's the best solution. In case you can't tell, I'm not a Clarion fan.Comment

It is not covered under the correct craft warranty. I agree that for 200 dollars it is nothing too terrible, it is just a bummer that after 14 months (2 months past the clairion warranty) the stereo takes a dump. I would like to go to a different stereo, but the remote is a clairion and I think it will only work with clairion. Will the clairion remote work with a different stereo?Comment

Just to let everyone know, Correct Craft did cover the stereo even though Clarion would not. I spoke with my local dealer and they handled it for me. So if anyone has the stereo take a dump within the five year Nautique warranty, Correct Craft will cover it! What a great company!Comment
