    Stereo Wiring

    Hi guys,
Just after some advice on how you guys run the power & earth wires for your amplifiers.??? I have a 98 SN closed bow, and want to install a 12" Kcker sub and 2 amps (one for sub, one for rest of speakers).

My amps and sub will be installed on the ledge in the bow in front of the driver. Can I screw into this ledge.???

My question is how do I run the cables under the floor etc, back to the battery box.?? I don't want cables all over the place

I used a fish tape and went down into the floor (right next to the other wire bundle and the steering cable) in my Sport and just ran the wires back to the battery. You can tie them off with cable ties anywhere along the way for support. Just try to keep them up as high as possible... rather than just letting them lie in the lowest part of the bildge. Cuts down and corrosion and shorts.

Follow the steering cable. Start at the battery box feed the cables forward, use a coat hanger if needed. The hole in the foot rest should be big enough to stick your hand into, reach in and grab the hanger/wire as you feed it from the battery box. Don't forget the fuse at the battery...
