03 lost power to stereo

did some searching, but can't seem to find an answer. Last time I started the boat, the stereo stopped working, have tested wires and I'm getting power on the memory (red) wire but not on the Avccesory (yellow) wire. have pulled off kick panel, but having trouble tracing the various wires, is there a fuse somewhere that I can't find?

Does the stereo power go through the under dash breaker box? Can't find a breaker that is popped.
