I have a pair of skylon defcon reference speakers and one of the speakers is blown. Does anyone know where I can buy another one or pair without the cans. Or another set of 6.5 reference speakers that are made to go in cans on the tower? I can't find any anywhere.

You are probably going to have the best luck replacing the pair with a new pair of 6.5 inch speakers. Most 6.5 inch speakers will work, or may work with some trimming. we have had a lot of people upgrade cans like that with our XS-650. Most have to do a little trim on the inside of the lip etc...but they work and sound great on the tower. So take a look at those or look at some other 6.5 inch speakers. Get what fits your budget and the look you like and just make them fit!
