Swap out Clarion CMD 4 to CMD6

Has anyone changed to the new CMD 6? I have a 2007 206 and would like to change out my CMD 4 to a CMD without cutting my boat or modifing the stock wiring.

Pull the CMD4 and put the CMD6 in its place - reconnect the wiring - should be simple switch over.
I have not done it but based on the dimensions it should work without modification to the boat.
