Stereo upgrade Wetsounds Vs. NVs on Monster Tower

Have a 1990 Sport Nautique with a monster tower and wanting to start thinking about a stereo upgrade. Funds are an issue but of course I want the best, so I'm going slowly build it up.

I think I want to start with either a single Wetsounds Pro 485 and eventually add MB-8's to the side of the 485 in a year or so.

Or go with one of the NVS Prodigy's and then eventually get a pair of NVS Modus.

I think the single Pro 485 would look better alone on a monster tower than the NVS and would probably be cheaper. I like that the NVS have a lower hang height and I have heard they sound better than the Wetsounds.

    Any input or thoughts??

    Kevin,

Shoot me an email to twhite@wetsounds.com and let me know where you are located at. I will get you in touch with a dealer so you can go demo a set of Wet Sounds and take a look at the size and how it will fit your boat. And you can also judge how they sound. Best option is to always try to get a demo so you can hear for yourself. Our slogan is "Hearing is Believing" Anyone that will tell you one sounds better than another usually owns a particular brand.
