I purchased a 2007 210 this spring and have now gotten around to reworking some things with the stereo that the PO had done and add a Clarion EQ for better sound and an aux input for the mp3 player. 3 amps - (sub, tower, house). The amp for the house is the Clarion 480. It is currently bridged two channel running to four of the Polk Momos (mid and rear speakers). The front two Polk Momos are being run off of the HU (Clarion CMD4). This presents a problem - when I am running off the MP3 through the EQ, I don't get sound through the bow speakers. Also, if I run through the HU then the tower and four house speakers are not at the same level as the bow speakers. How should I rewire the speakers to all run through the Clarion? Thanks,
X

RE: Stereo help
If the aux input is on the eq - you are bypassing the HU - therefore no bow speakers.
Check the gains on the amps - you will have a difficult time getting the bow speakers to perform
as well as the rest of the boat - the HU has limited wattage to push speakers.
More details are needed - i.e. exact amps and wiring configuration.2006 SANTE 210 (Pending Sale)

RE: Stereo help
I know it sounds wrong but this works. disconect the front speakers from the HU and un bridge your house amp. conect the bow speakers and the the front house speakers to chanels 1 and 2 in a parralel set up and the rear house speakers to chanels 3 and 4. use the aux input on the deck for the MP3 and run one rca from the HU to the EQ and the all RCA form EQ to their respective amps. this will have all speakers playing through the EQ with your best quality tunable sound. the polks are a little bright so go easy on the highs as they tweeters tend to go first and fast when running alot of power.
