Stereo Question on a SV211 Team

Here is my issue - every time i switch off my batteries I loose the memory to the radio and have to reset the stations, bass, treble, frequency and sub settings. I realize the battery switch is designed to kill the power to the boat so there will not be a battery drain but what a pain. Any ideas on how to keep this from being a common problem other than leaving the battery switch on all the time?

Mike,

You can take your memory lead directly to the battery with a cut-off switch. This way you can leave the memory connected overnight for short term but disconnected for long term storage and redo your settings less frequently.

Ideally you have an AC charger. When using a charger the neglegable memory drain is no longer an issue.

why not use the master toggle bilge switch rather than the battery switch?
In three years I have never touched the battery switch - always in both position.
