    Custom speaker panel cover

    Since I have two different pairs of speakers I didn’t want to surface mount them and have different speaker covers showing. And so I decided to make something custom for my boat. This one was my demo…plan on powder coating the final ones, maybe adding brass mesh behind them, and recess mounting the speakers. Ill post pics of the final product.

    Those look great. Remember that high frequencies are easily block(tweeters) so make sure they are not behind any of the solid parts of the cover as this will adversely affect your highs. To test this just put a piece of cardboard in front of your speakers. the low and mid will be fine but the highs will be very very dull. Those are sweet looking though.

          Yea i did the design and burned them on my friends cnc plasma cutter. they are steel and powder coated.
