I am about to start drilling into the back of my boat to install another MC1, but I am looking for a good close 12v power source to tap into near the motor. Has anybody done this already and found an easy to get to source? There are multiple grounding spots for this low voltage unit, but I don't want to have to stretch the power line all the way up towards the front.
