    Wetsounds or Bullet tower speakers

I am looking to get a pair of tower speakers for my 2008 SAN 210. Does anyone have a recommendation for
Wetsounds pro 60's or Bullet Hollow Points 650's who has listened to them both? The bullets seem to look nicer.

shoot me an email to twhite@wetsounds.com and I can see if there is a dealer near you. That way you can go take a listen and see them up close. Getting a demo is the best way.

      rksaint,

Bullet has discontinued their 650 HLCDs and I agree with their decision. Their feeling is its very difficult for a smaller driver to keep pace and provide balanced midbass with powerful HLCD tweeters.

The 770 HLCDs are only 3/4-inch greater diameter and just a little deeper. They're still extremely compact. However, with the extra pod displacement and greater surface area over the previous 650s, the output and midbass warmth are considerably improved.

Based on the same driver size the HollowPoint 650 would seem to be the comparable value to the WetSounds Pro60. But displacement is so much of the equation that the HollowPoint 770 and WetSounds Pro60 would make for a more equal test.
