what would be the proper amp set up for a wet sounds 3 some set up, (2 pro 60 and 2mb 8s) i was thinking of getting a pdx 4x150, and how loud should this set up be?

You're describing a 'Double Up' rather than a "3-Some'.
The following will work:
Wetsounds Syn4...4x125 (bare minimum).
Wetsounds Syn6...2x155+2x200.
Alpine PDX...4x150.
JL Audio HD600/4...4x150, The JL HD has twin power supplies (a beast), is a highly efficient
Class D and is the only option that maintains its full power over a broad range of
supply voltage.
Qty (2) JL Audio XD400/4 bridge...4x200 watts. These are extremely small amplifiers.
