Before you run out and try to buy something -

Do you have both Tower and In-Boats connected to the 420? If you are only playing out of the Left side on both the inboats and tower speakers then I think you have a head unit/source issue and not an issue with the 420. I would try isolating the problem by playing around with the RCAs, sounds to me like there may be some loose wiring from the source unit.

    Just a thought....

All you'll need for a little diagnosis is an RCA jumper cable and a couple of RCA barrel
connectors to bypass the EQ. If you determine that its an internal EQ issue rather than a cable or the source unit then you can use three RCA 'Y' adapters to split the good channel to all the available amplifier inputs so everything plays for the weekend.

My rca cables frequently come a bit loose from the back of my WS420. Definitely make sure they are all tight when diagnosing your problem.

It is the 420. If you wiggle the aux button around they will start playing. I dont know if I can send it back and they will repair or if I should just buy a new one.

Before assuming its toast try spraying tuner wash under pressure around the knob/button and see if it comes back to life.
