Universal wired remote?

I have a 4 year old Sony X-plode receiver in my boat. I am looking for a universal wired remote for it. Mainly just to control the volume. I don't feel safe driving and turning to my right, lifting the radio cover and messing with the volume.

I have been looking online, but can't seem to find anything. Does anybody know of a product that will work for me?
