RE: NEW-Universal Marine Remote for Stereo

I have that remote on the back of my 94 Sport. It actually fits perfectly in the vent slot so you don't have to do any drilling. I will show a pict if there is interest. Then you just run the wires down into the vent and around the gas tank up to the head unit. No drilling at all of the transom and the remote fits so tight in the slot it is just about perfect. However I don't have this PAC adaptor. I have a Sony head unit so the remote was plug and play. I like the look of the other Sony remote better, but you can find this Access Tech remote pretty cheap. I got mine off ebay for very cheap. It also lights up at night.

I had this remote a few years back. Worked well for about a year then died. I replaced it with the Sony controller as it has a digital readout to show you what disk you are on in your changer.
