waterproof box for ws-420

has anyone modified one of those typical "outboard" boat style housings the put the head units in to hold a 420? i think this would be a great way to mount it under the dash w/ alot of piece of mind.

I put my HSE in one. I needed it covered until I have time to make a new panel around my throttle. I cut a plate the size of the opening and panted it, then cut the opening for the HSE out of that.
