momo/ polk sub model number

i am looking to build a new sub box for my stock polk/ momo sub (2007 SANTE 220). i pulled the sub out of the factory box today to get the model number. there was no model number on the back of the sub.

i am wanted the model number so i can size the box and the port to the sub.

if someone knows the model number, or the square footage and port size that would be greatly appreciated.

We have a bass-reflex enclosure that matches up very well with the Thiele Small parameters of the Polk Audio MOMO 10-inch subwoofer. Its the TW10P and the combo sounds excellent. Get the four HDPE mounting/elevation pads and the freight is free to any stateside address. Polyurethane coated (Rhino bedliner). 5-way binding post terminal cup. Prewired with Monster Cable.
