97 SSN sub locations. Kicker shallow cvt thoughts

Current setup. Clarion cd with alpine amp running 6.5's in stock location. Going to put new cd player in it so i can have aux for iphone. Going to run 6.5's off cd player, and use alpine amp to power my new tower speakers.

For sub, what is the best location. One single sub under driver side dash behind kick panel. Not much room. Or i was thinking of running 2 kicker cvt shallow mount subs. Either 10 or 12. Need to double check the measurements. But i think it will slide and fit in nice behind the seats from the back. By the U section of the seating. One on each side. Any thoughts or recommendations on sub setup. I want it hid for the most part and not take up needed room. I have ballast bags on each side of engine so no subs there

That part behind the seats on the side of the boat from the engine hatch looks perfect for these

    Hope that makes sense

In a boat, avoid an MDF box covered with trunk liner. The bottom seams will fail within the first season although the liner will conceal this. The small box will no longer be airtight which will lead to early woofer fatique. The box will be MDF soup soon afterwards.
Go with a true marinized enclosure for a lasting value and better sound quality beyond a couple of months.
A custom enclosure with no flaws or seams and radiused corners/edges and sprayed with a thick polyurethane bedliner from a local truck accessory shop is one way to go.
