2002 SAN interior speakers

Hey Everyone,

With the winter months upon us I am looking to make a few updates to my newly purchased '02 SAN. First off I am looking to "potentially" install 6 new polk interior speakers from a 2011 sante. My first question would be, are the speaker sizes the same for an '02 and '11 model??

What I am not exactly sure about is the mounting location and if the gunnel pannel set-up which I believe I have in my '02 will allow for these newer style speakers??

Any help would be much appreciated.

They should fit fine. I have an '03, but ours are basically the same and I went with those. I assume you are going to front mount them. There will be some headaches there, but there are a few good DIY threads on here about it.
