Memphis marine audio any good?

By accident I left my sub at a shop for months. I thought it was in a closet and they are not sure they can find it; which is fine. I'd like to support my local shop, but was wondering how Memphis marine subs perform from an audio stand point and marine standpoint as well.

Yep. I dropped it off to have it ohm'd. Then I left it there so they could build me a box, but decided not to do it. I could have sworn I picked it up when I went with the my friend to pick up his boat after an install, but it wasn't with my pro 80's or amps in the closet.
