How to disassemble pro 80's

There are 3 screws on the grill and six around the collar. I loosened all the ones around the collar and began trying to remove them, but how long are these things? I can't get anywhere it seems after turning and turning and turning. Any help would be great.

they also snap together, you need to pop the faces off, I don't know the trick. Call Gyver or others at Wetsounds. I think the process involves a rubber mallet
