stereo design: your input is welcomed

So i am about to redo all the wiring in my boat along with installing 2 syn 6's. my plan is to run 0 gauge power/ground from the battery with a 250 amp fuse to distribution blocks(unfused) and reduce the power/ground wire to 4 gauge into the amps. i'm also going to rewire all the in boat speakers. should i use 18ga or 16ga? i have a 100 amp alternator and 2 deka deep marine master flooded group 24 batteries with 130 amp hours @ 25 amps. they are wired to a perko switch with one battery on 1, and the other on 2. will having these batteries be enough considering i very very very rarely anchor and the dock has music so it doesnt just sit being listened to hardly ever. i dont want to hurt the amps from low voltage or anything like that. any tips for me to tell the install guys? i know the boat pretty darn well, but i have a feeling some of ya'll may have some insider tips. i plan on keeping the 6 channel stinger rca's i already have, but am seriously considering the stinger blue rca's for the shielding, but they only have 2 and 4 channel. anyways, i appreciate any info. it's a 2005 210.

So it's decided. I'll get a cranking battery and run the 2 deep cycles on post 2 of the perko switch. The amps will be wired from the battery under the port side bow cushion using individual 4ga power/ground with their own anl fuses. Is 10ga good for my sub? Super excited to have the stereo back where she should be. Thanks wet sounds and everyone who has given me advice previously-especially big Dave from earmark.
