Perhaps a little more info. Is this stuff already owned, installed, or other? What's the exact model of batteries you have?

the very first thing i'd do is lose the 2 10" subs. i'm still not sure what you're trying to figure out if it's all already installed. for tuning it's basically by your ear. pick a good quality CD that you know pretty well and have at it. once you start getting tons of amp hours your charging system needs to be addressed. that can include an alternator, isolater, ACR, new charger, bigger alternator wires, etc. i wish i could be of more help, but i don't want to steer you in the wrong direction. with 360 amp hours i'm going to say youre either at the alternators threshold or past it. having different speakers is usually not a great way to achieve great sound. i.e. your subs.

Hmmm, I'll be in the Montreal/Drummondville/Mt Tremblant area in a few weeks (July 6-14). Might be worth trading an afternoon of surfing/boarding for some stereo tuning?

Download bass mechanic collection of test tones.

                1. Start with the tower - turn everything else off or unplug the amps, set the XO in highpass at 100hz, adjust the gains so they start distorting at about 80% of volume max.

                2. Next go through the boat XS650s - turn everything else off including the tower, set the XO in highpass at 80 or 100 hz, adjust the gains, you might have some phasing issues but let's assume not for now.

                3. Adjust the subs - start with the 12, turn everything else off, set the XO at 60 or 80hz, set bass boost flat, adjust the gains, turn on the inboats, check to see if the sub pushes harder in-phase or out of phase. Next go to the 10's, turn everything else off, set XO at 80hz, bass boost flat, turn other sub and inboats on and check phasing. With this many speakers you might need an bass amp that allows phasing adjust more granular than 0 or 180. When I was running multiple subs I always ended up with obscure phase alignment. I finally ended up pulling my smaller subs and focusing on the larger single ported subwoofer. This cleaned up the sound and eliminated the hot/cold spots in my boat.

The stock alternator should be fine but you should have it staged coupled to the charging system via auto charge relay so it does not get hammered every time you change the Perko setting. What on-board charger are you using?
