Rev 8 and under tower Tower Bimini

Has anyone installed Rev 8s with an under the tower Tower Bimini on a 2nd gen Flight Control Tower (factory tower 2000 - 2003 and again I think in 2005)? Any problems with fitting them in the normal hanging position with the bimini?

While I am asking, has anyone installed an under the tower Tower Bimini on that same tower with a Samson foil rack, and if so, does the foil rack swing all the way in when the bimini is fully extended?

    Thanks in advance.

The rev 8's will definitely fit. I'm assuming u mean the fct 1 gen 2 tower? U probably will have to cut the poles. I have pro 80's and they hang down lower than the rev 8's so u might be ok. It's really simple to cut the poles. The rivet redo is what's hard, but ss bolts work too. Mine is like the shade machine. Doesn't matter what time of day. Hope that helps.

They are not Rev8's, but this will give you an idea of how much room you should have. My Rev410's fit just fine with room to spare so you should have no problems. I didn't have to modify my bimini at all. I do have to raise the tower up when folding the bimini. It hits the speakers as it's moved into place, but one there everything clears.
