Radio/amp help
Ok a little background we have a 07 SN206 with a Clairon CMD4 with the helm remote and the Polk speakers. Now the problem, I have installed a JL audio JX360X4 amp and every thing is fine with the I-Pod crystal clear great sound then switch to fm or am and the there is a lot of static where we did not have any problem before the amp install. I have tried to move all the cables away from the antenna ie: 4ga power and neg cables, RCA cables, speaker cables, no difference. What am I missing???? Thanks for any help the experts can give me.
