I have a Model year 2001 SN with an "in dash" Hawk Eye (assuming its aftermarket) depth sounder and a Humminbird air/water temp "in Dash" guage. I am having problems with both. I purchased the boat used with both installed. See below
The depth sounder only displays "hash marks" across the screen. The transducer is a "glue on" just in front off the motor. I have read the installation instructions several times and it appears that everything is installed correctly. Has anyone dealt with this depth sounder?
The temp guage displays the air temp, but says "err" for the water temp. All connections appear to be in good order under the dash. Where is the water temp sensor locdated? Is this a good unit or should i look to replace?
