I believe they are the same. Attwood''s site only lists one, but it's hard to tell if Nautique requires higher standards.

The warranty is the difference I see as well. Everything else seems identical.

If you look at the lower pics there is a shot of the white LED's.... i know pics have can be deceiving but they seem pretty bright. I noticed the watt rating is different than the attwoods. How does watt rating come into effect with LED's?

Just like any other light or light bulb....voltage times amperage. More about consumption than brightness.
