boat bow speakers clarion cmd7

sn 200 team edition, with sub woofer and my bow speakers dont work even after i play with the fader.
is this to do with the amp setting/ loose connection but where since both speakers are out any one out there has same issue or adivice

In the past, the bow speakers were run directly to the head unit, not the amp. Not sure if that is still the case or not.
