Not without a led ring spacer. Even with that the mounting area will only fit a 6.5 max. If you want to do a custom install it would work. But it will take a lot of work.

What do you mean 7.7 JL audio? From what I can see JL speakers are all 6.5 inch?

I put all Focal 165 KRCs in my G23 last summer and the install shop said they needed to increase the hole diameter to fit them as they were larger than the stock 6.5inch Polks. Which is odd because they are both listes as 6.5 inch speakers. But they all fit and sound amazing!

I see them now, they are under marine speakers. I am not familiar with those but they seem larger then the focals.

JL offers a 6.5" in-boat and the 7.7, which falls into the 8" category.

Let's not overlook the JL Audio M880....as long as we're talkin' what won't fit.
