[QUOTE=RideButter;202997]I tied it to the tower and let the rope hang over the z5.
Interesting. I feel like my Z-5 extends a bit farther back but maybe that's just my faulty memory. Right now I'm thinking I'll see where is the best place to lift the cover and go from there . . . either tie it to the Z-5 frame or around it like you did.
for a small patch from your hangtyte ripping thru?
Use the storage bag for your boat cover as an organ donor, its made of the same material. or perhaps your swim platform cover if yours came with one.
Also, most any of the larger boat dealers have a canvas guy who does repair on boat covers. Not expensive at all, I had a 2-3" rip repaid a year ago in Dallas for $40, reinforced, double stiched, looked like it was supposed to be there.

Wait is that cover bag the round one with the pull string?
How does it work for the bow? I am afraid that if I remove the poles from under the bow part of the cover, water will pool even with the hangtyte. I heard the 2013 cover is looser than the previous years.
Just installed the Hangtyte seems to work really well, hand some rain the other day and no pooling over the driver seat waiting or the heavy rain to see it stands up to it.
