    Installing Millenia Bluetooth Adaptor Questions

Guys I wanted to install the bluetooth adaptor to my clarion unit. I have an original 2006 210 SAN and I was wondering how many rca inputs I have in the back of the head unit (CMDA 4 or CMDA 5?) or if should just plug it into the rca jacks in the glove box that I usually plug my wired cable into.

Next question is where are you guys splicing into the power? the 12 v AC adaptor? or any other place to power and ground the unit.

    Here is the unit

    thanks in advance

That generation Clarion head-unit has only one set of RCA AUX inputs. They have red leads. The other 3 sets, gray, black and purple are outputs. You can use a couple of Y cable so you dont lose use of the glovebox AUX.

MLA im not too savvy when it comes to this. Could you be a little more specific on the Y cable or show me a link to one so I know exactly what im doing and where I am plugging them in??

Is the Y cable a 1 male RCA connecting to 2 females? If that is the case, do I need 2 of these Y cables? Thanks in advance MLA

The B+ and B- for your BT should share with the rest of the audio gear. I would wire it in with the head-unit's black B- and yellow B+ if its wired through a battery switch. if the yellow is wired directly to the battery, then use the red switched B+.

RCA Y cables come in 1F x 2M and 1M x 2F configurations and usually come as a pair. Since your BT has 2 male connectors, I would get the 1F x 2M

If you are looking to keep your RCA glove box inputs too I bought these y cable splitters off crutch field to split the RCA input
