You need to find your installation manual for your stereo... There should be a diagram like the one I've attached - this is for a CMD6 and may actually be the same for the 7. To check the speakers and the wiring disconnect one of the known good speakers at the RCA connectors on the speaker header and try connecting each of the "bad" speakers to the system through this channel. If they work when connected the problem is in the head unit somewhere. If they don't work the issue is with the wiring or the speakers.

If you have an amp, disconnect the wiring for a good speaker at the amp and connect the wiring going to a bad speaker. You shouldn't have to disconnect anything from the back of the speaker itself. If you don't have an amp the speaker wiring should be connected to the 16 pin speaker connector... disconnect there.Derald

ok I connected the bad speakers to the one good speakers wiring and they didn't work. I connected the one good speaker to the bad speakers wiring and the speaker worked therefore I assume I have 5 five bad speakers.....unbelievable for a 12 month old boat...speakers are polk MM 651 UM.....Boat is stored on water at extreme high temps 110 F, But even so they should last longer
