Fathers Day is coming up and I want to set my husband up with some reasonably priced Tower Speakers. We have the Clarion Kicker system now on our 04 SV211 Team, had it wired for the tower, but did not get them with the original purchase. Is it possible to get some quality speakers for less than $300 that will not embarass our 211?

Monstertower.com has some good deals on tower speakers. It should be noted that I do not have any experience with them, but the general consenses is that Bill at MT is a straight up guy. May be worth an e-mail to him to see what he thinks about your situation.
Big consideration is to make sure you get an adequate amp to power whatever you put up top.
