    Are my speakers mounted wrong?

I just bought a new 2014 SAN 210 that will sit on the showroom floor until the season begins. I was going through some pictures and noticed the 2 tower speakers were mounted on the inner mounts. Shouldn't they be on the outer mounts?

With only one set, I believe the separation would help, but I would also believe it would be a personal preference. Most single sets I have seen are on the outside.

no real functional reason.... but to avoid head bumps yes... I would want them on the outter positions.

They look to be mounted correctly and in the one of the two OEM locations, so no, they are not mounted incorrectly. With only a single pair, its entirely up to you as to which position is going to work best and look the best for you.
