WS 420 under dash mount??

Can those of you who have the aluminum WS420 underdash mount tell me if you do not have the blue tooth control installed does the mount come with a fill plug or other item so there is not an open hole in the mount?? Also how many mounting holes are there? I assume 4. I inquired with WS but they deferred me to my local dealer whom I will not longer do business with based on my last business with them.

Yes, it has a plug in the BT hole. 4 mounting holes plus a support fixture for the actual EQ.

Thanks so much for the photos that tells me everything i need to know. I am going to order one soon, as I plan to relocate my 420 from the side panel to under the dash.
