I'm not completely sure what you're asking, but if the charger is already installed you should just need to plug in the charger to a 120VAC outlet. You may need an extension cord, but other than that you should be good.

I noticed you are in Dubai and I assume your charger is setup for a standard US 110 volt receptacle. I am not sure what voltage your receptacle is but you will probably need an adapter to make it work. It doesn't need to be anything specific to the charger, just any adapter that is meant to run a US 110 volt appliance on a Dubai outlet.

Guys the inboard charger is already converted to 220v however the charger is 6 amps and the shore power says 16 amp, if I just plug in then there could be an issue.??

The 6 amps on the charger means it will supply up to 6 amps of current while charging your batteries. The 16 amps for your shore power means the circuit is rated to output 16 amps before tripping a circuit breaker or blowing a fuse at the distribution panel. You are more than safe.

As voltage increases amp (or current) draw decreases.
          6 amps at 12V = 72 watts.
          72 watts at 220V = 0.3272 amps.
If you were in the States, 72 watts at 120V = 0.6 amps.

As you can see you are no where near tripping a 16 amp circuit breaker on your distribution panel. Plug it in and let her charge.
