That depends. Do you have enough headroom for the 10's? Do you have enough amplifier for the 10's (that could raise the price of the total upgrade a bit more). If you have the room and the power then the REV10's will definitely be a step up in performance.
Which bimini do you have? If you have a Z5, the Rev10s will not fit without drastic modifications to the bimini. The Rev8s won't fit either unless you buy the lowering kit from Z5.
Other than that, like the others said, it depends on the headroom.
With the proper power, the Rev10s do sound better than the Rev8s. (I have the Rev8s.)

You don't need to make any modifications to the Z5 on a 2012 210/230 with REV10s. I had that same setup on my 2012 230 without any issues.
