What speaker sizes are in the 1995 Ski Nautique?

I have a 1995 Ski Nautique and the speakers are horrible and dying. I want to buy new speakers, but I don't know what size they are. I believe the two on the left side and one in the right-rear are the same sizes, but I have no idea about the one under the dash. Is that "supposed" to be a subwoofer, or is it the same as the other speakers?

I plan on getting the Kenwood KMR-D558BT head unit, and I'm just waiting to get the sizes of the speakers to look for them and an amplifier. I'm open to recommendations, too.

They are 6.5" but some manufacturers might refer to them as 6". Either will fit. There is more info here:

As for the speaker in the dash, I have never seen that before but if there are only 3 other cabin speakers then that is probably the 4th speaker for the driver maybe?

The one on the kick panel should be the same as the rest. I relocated mine to a homemade pod so it was pointed at the driver.

Thank you for your help. I'm about to buy the Rockford Fosgate M400-4D AMP with four Polk Audio DB651 speakers. I'm just going to look around a little more to see if there is anything else I might like better.
