1997 Natuique 196 - Stereo headunit and amp recommendation?

OK, my speakers are now up to speed. Would like to update my headunit and add in a moderate amp. Here's a few criteria I'm looking for; any suggestions on decent stuff or stuff to avoid is appreciated.

Do you really need marine gear or not?

Currently in the boat is some sort of underpowered Jensen marine headunit and four 6.5 inch Kenwood marine speakers (good for about 100 peak watts)

    Here's what I think I'm looking for....

    Headunit
    - 4 channel
    - Bluetooth for steaming
    - Aux port for phone connection
    - Low level outs
    - Easy to see in sun
    - Not needed: CD, remote, disco dancing lights

    Amp:
-Not too big - 40 watts RMS with 4 channel would be fine
-Low pass out for an eventual powered subwoofer

Budget conscious but not totally penny pinching. Days of uberstereo are behind me, just want some quality tunes.

JVC has a nice new Mech-less marine head-unit with BT, USB, front AUX Front and rear/sub outputs.

Kicker Marine Class-D KXM400.4 will deliver 50W rms for in-boats and 200W for a sub when used in 3 chnl mode. Better yet, go with the KXM800.5. 4 full-range chnls and an available 400W rms to a sub.

Thanks! Are you thinking of the following (crutchfield links)

JVC UNIT - looks like a spec match

Kicker amp - looks like a model match
