G25 Stereo Volume Issue when using Linc +\-

When increasing the volume using the plus button on the Linc control panel the volume will stick and blast the stereo to full power. Then have to open the dash to either use the knob to turn down or turn the stereo off. Volume will not reduce using the negative button on the linc panel. Same thing happens when hitting the negative button too when reducing the volume.

dealer changed head unit but still did not correct issue
