Help please. My stereo installer cannot get feedback eliminated from all speakers

So I have 3 issues going on intermittent feedback while engine is off and constant feed back while engine is running.
My system consists of the new wetsounds EQ, SD2 amp, SD6 amp, rev8's, rev10's, JL W7 sub and factory system w/o polk sub. Then I'm having bass quality issues through sub

The intermittent feedback is every once in awhile with engine off and its more like scratching noise.

The constant feed back while engine is running my installer said is the EQ and there is no way to get rid of that. He even called wetsounds to figure out various grounding possibilties and he said he tried them all. I just find it hard to believe that my only option is to live with it or to remove eq

Also why is it I can get great clean pounding bass from subwoofer if I plug aux into EQ and if I play throgh bluetooth the bass is faint and what I would call very distorted when turned up?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Same issues with mine. We are going to try to fix again this friday. Do you have two batteries? I need to make sure stereo is going to only one of the batteries. Also, if you have leds in the rev's that needs to be on opposite battery. WS gave me some amp tuning help, but didn't fix much. Did find out my installer had almost every amp setting wrong! So, frustrating!! But, learning a lot in the process. Ill keep you posted if we figure anything out. I seriously doubt it.
