Help "Amplifier mounting Studs"

I saw an amp install a long time ago on this forum where someone had mounted some studs that epoxy to the inside of the boat under the carpet. I do not remember what company made them. They simply slit the carpet enough to get the quarter size disk thru and epoxied it to the side of the boat. Once cured, the amp was slid onto the studs and bolted down. Anyone know where to get these or what they are called?
