MLA installed the upgraded system in my 2013 G25. Thread describing that install is here:

Anyway, this spring, my system developed an issue where the left channel of in boat speakers was cutting out intermittently. I emailed him and rather than telling me to bring my boat to his shop, he came out to my dock (probably a 40 min drive for him) to diagnose the issue. It probably took him 3-4 trips to figure it out by trial/error process of elimination and me continuing to use the system but that's what he did. Turned out to be faulty 420 eq which was replaced under warranty without me ever having to do anything other than exchange emails. Just reinforces satisfaction with MLA and the overall install. Anyone in the Charlotte NC area, I'd highly recommend him if you're going to do stereo/lighting/ballast work on your boat!
