Headunit Mounting Help- 2001 Super Air Nautique

Can someone post some pictures of how the mounted their non-marine headunit? I purchased a single din alpine unit and a flip up marine cover for my boat that I bought with no radio, but I see that because the hole is recessed, the flip up cover isn't going to work right.

I can snap a pic tonight; I used a flip up cover and it works; it drags the seat (barely) if the the seat is all the way back.

I have a friend making a spacer-trim ring for my bubble cover to move it a little further away from the panel. Still would like to see some pics.

Nice. That looks to fit much better than the one I bought. If this space ring doesn't work like I want it, I will order one of those.

With the spacing ring, you may not be able to open the cover. Like Kend said, mine barley opens past the seat when it is mounted flush.
