XMD1 CD player

the CLARION XMD1 of my SAN dies by unkwon reason,probably can't fixed because the main PCB NG,by this way,I should up grade it-- DVD player,
I can't find suitable marine DVD player, FM,TV also,any folk had upgrade thier XMD1?
